Dear Anna and Melvin, We would like to take this opportunity to pass on our highest thanks and appreciation to you both for the wonderful villa that you provided to us and our family during our Florida holiday between 24th March and 7th April. Since 1999, we have been regular travellers to Orlando, and have stayed in many villas. The main reason for trying different villas each time was because we never really found one that we liked enough to return to. That was until we stayed in your villa! Your villa was exactly what we have been looking for. Spacious, comfortable, excellent pool, including a big pool area and a pleasure to come home to after a long day out to relax and enjoy the evening. We even needed to call out your property management lady (Liz I believe?), as the air-conditioning was slightly too hot for us. We explained that there was no rush to get to the villa and that we were by no means complaining, but she was with us within 20 minutes, and realised that the air conditioning was on heat as it was cold before we arrived. Liz’s service and response was excellent, so please pass on our thanks to Liz if you speak with her soon. Hopefully it will not be too long before we can plan for our next Florida holiday. Once we are in a position, we will definitely be contact you once again. We have already passed on your web site details to our friends and family to look at just in case they too choose to go to Florida, and we will always recommend to others the service that you provide. Hi Anna Back home and looking forward to Christmas Arriving at the villa what a surprise, Liz had the home looking like new, what a change from previous management The carpet had been cleaned and looked great (forget about tiling) and with an occasional clean could last for years We again had a wonderful time at your villa and will be looking forward to returning next year Regards Art ps - We experienced a record low night temperature for Osceola County of 34%
