The villa holds 10 people in 5 bedrooms comfortably plus a further 2 on a sofa bed. In addition it can accommodate 1 infant in teh crib supplied.
For the comfort and safety of all guests, smoking is strictly prohibited within the villa which is fitted with smoke detectors which are linked to our security company. No pets are allowed.
The villa is only 10 minutes from Walt Disney World, Sea World is 15 minutes away and Universal 30 minutes.
The villa has an idealistic south facing pool for all day sunshine.
Unlike some villas which back on to walls or other properties, the villa has an idealistic lakeview.
Directions and keypad entry code will be sent to you 2-3 weeks before arrival.
The villa is fully equipped for all your likely holiday requirements. Bed linen, towels and pool towels are provided. A small initial supply of washing powder/dish washer powder/toilet rolls etc. are provided which you will have to top-up as required.
The villa is well equipped for small children. The villa comes complete with a crib and high chair.
The pool can be heated (by agreement) for additional cost as indicated on the booking form. We would recommend pool heat from October through to May. The pool is heated to the maximum temperature allowed under Florida law.
The house is professionally cleaned prior to your arrival and the pool and garden are tended to weekly.
No we offer a computer with 24 hour free internet access, a barbeque and a range of baby equipment (such as high chair/cot) ... all of which are included in the price of the villa.
